pictures from my last full day of NYFW, monday (i'm sort of skipping ahead here, sunday's look will be up next). shot in SOHO after (another) bagel run, i of course spent the day with the suarez sisters, skirting all around manhattan to see saunder, allsaints, falguni and shane peacock, and alice & olivia. as i stood by watching natalie shoot dylana (see the outcome!), none other than carine roitfeld walked right past us. she stopped to take an indiscreet peek at what we were up to before slipping into a building. memorable fashion week moment!
i've never gotten so many compliments on a dress, or a piece of clothing for that matter, until now. it's one of those lucky finds that fits like a glove, has the most of stunning prints, and looks a hundred times more expensive than it was - it gives off major reformation vibes (btw, i seriously, seriously love reformation). i hope i continue to inspire you to check out your local thrift stores - promise you'll nearly always find what you're looking for, and it's probably the original inspiration for the things you see each season in store anyway.
thank god for re-releases, or we would have never heard this perfect demo.
