it's damn cold in chicago again, but that means i get to pull out what is still my most beloved piece in my closet: this alexander wang-inspired tweed coat. if you have been following this blog for the past 2.5 years, you know how much of a wardrobe workhorse it really is. it's old, but i found a great alternative here for around the same price as mine! as for the blouse, i did a little jig when i found this pretty guy at the thrift store for just $2. i feel like i'd be doing it a disservice if i didn't button it all the way up. j. crew has the perfect identical style here. and say hello to my new shoes. it took two wears to break them in, and now i just want to prance around in suede oxfords all spring. they remind me of these cole haan's sans the neon. still love the neon.
