a look back at 10 years of editorials styled by fashion god and icon emmanuelle alt for french vogue. she sure has a signature personal style and it comes through in her work too; she knows what she likes, what works for her, and she sticks to it - my kinda girl. my love for her is only intensified by the fact that she uses daria quite often (see image 1, 2 , 12, 13, 22, 23). like so many, i'm stoked that she's taken over as editorial-in-chief of the magazine. now if only i could fork over the cash to have french vogue shipped directly to my doorstep...
the first two images also happen to be from my favorite editorial of all time, noctambule. emmanuelle, daria, terry richardson. what a team.
